Where and who did this common saying come from?

Not from Hannah and Jaime. These two people have nothing but one thing in common, the Al Staed. A terrorist group which hours ago hacked the British and American nuclear bomb arsenal.

These two mismatched agents are frantically thrown together by their respective agencies to neutralise the threat. The water and oil team are the definition of opposite. As they disagree about simple issues everyone around them asks the same question.

Can they settle their differences and get the job done or does antithesis overcome the mission?
