"You are only alone if you allow yourself to be.  . . . So why is it so hard to see that there are people that care? Because in the end they are only filled with greed. There is nothing left once you show them your true self, because all they want is what they can't have."

                My voice cracked but I knew what he said was true, but he was speaking of himself also. The wounds of that day opened and I built up a wall of flame between us. I turned towards him and glared at him. 
    
    "I've made up my mind, now leave before I make you feel my pain." I hissed 
    
              And for the first time I felt the pain of what it is truly like to be alone, I regret everything I've done and caused. I regret learning of who I really am and the Monster I have truly become. 
    
    "It was better when I wasn't so alone.  . . "
