Even when he was staring down the barrel of a gun, or had the knowledge that the fate of the entire city rested on his shoulders, he wasn't scared. Maybe a little stressed but, no, never scared.

The first time he felt fear in years was the night his girlfriend, Felicity Smoak, told him she was pregnant. Then, he was terrified.
