" Just leave me alone , abandon me like everyone else ! " she yelled and broke down . I want to console her and badly wanted to hug her, but I can't, I can't after what I had done 3 years ago. I am the sole reason she is in this stage. My heart pangs seeing her like this. I wish I had a time machine so that I could go back and reverse everything that I had done and the things that happened that day. I kneeled in front of her, tears were flowing unknowingly from my eyes. " How can someone abandon their love, Tridha! " I whispered, but deep down, I know I was the one who abandoned his love, his heartbeat from himself. I was the stupid one, but now I will rectify all my mistakes and win her back no matter what it costs me, but I WILL. "I won't let anyone harm you..ever again." He promised, eyes filled with determination and possessiveness. Afterall, she is his...only his. "I know." She smiled kissing his cheek, her eyes filled with hope and happiness. ~~~ "I...I wi-ill protect you.." He pleaded, his voice cracking. He took a tentative step forward, but she recoiled, her body trembling with the weight of past pain.
