She descended the stairs in her beautiful monarch dress fashioned with butterfly wings. She was repulsed to be in the dress made of her guardians, wondering countless times, how many butterflies were slaughtered to make this dress. She had to walk with pride and yet her face was contorted with misery. As she disembarked the stairs made of her guardians’ souls, she swore an oath. She would take revenge. As she sat on the throne sewn in her keepers’ wings, she promised to avenge their deaths. She was Irreal, the one true queen, and she pledged to fight against her own kingdom to bring justice to her protectors, her guardians. As the people of the realm roared “All hail, Queen Irreal of Cimmeria”, she vowed to destroy them.
