Jess, whom is an American girl, goes to london for her december 20th birthday with her best friends Lori and Skylar,then has the time of her life, and wishes she could stay. but with school within the next few weeks after new years, she is needed to go home to America. near the end of her london visit, she interfiers with a certain thing that shouldn't be meddled with when on the verge of leaving. distracted by her own thoughts, she bumps into a boy around her age with  brown hair, and greenish golden blue eyes. eyes she is instantly attracted to. What is bound to happen between this ocean-crossed love; the American and the British persons?
