No one could answer me because no one knew how. Everywhere I looked I saw the pity in everyone's eyes. I was an angel and I didn't know how to protect anyone. I didn't even have anyone to protect me anymore. I was sick of being thought of like I had to do something good for everyone or I was wrong. I hated the word angel. People who seem so perfect, yet weren't. No matter how hard I tired, I never could get anyone to understand. And now...

The blurred out memories were actual events that happened between him and Error. And Ink wasn't the only one seeing them. Error had been seeing them, too. Lucifer Morningstar was Error's father, in which who erased his memories of the angel. Who now had the body of a mortal. I knew there was always something special about me. I knew I was different from all the other girls. I could feel things before they actually happened, hear things nobody else could. I wasn't normal, there was just something there. In no way though, had I expected to be told that not, was I only half human, but 50% angel, and not an angel of heaven. A fallen angel, damned, yet given a second chance to make things right, to be rescued before taking the wrong turn in my life that shamed me from my existence in heaven. Only problem, someone wants me to stay damned, to never become the angel I was meant to be. They'll stop at nothing to kill me, plus I have no clue what exactly I'm fighting against and on top of it all I am nothing without my locket. My locket is my true source of power, it's what kept me alive that terrible night.
