"W-Wait, I don't understand, where'd this box come from?" Y/N asked herself, examining the intricately designed box. She slowly sat down on her newly made bed and brushed her h/c locks from her eyes. Y/N stared at it for the longest time, finally deciding to open the box, carefully leaning back just in case. Once completely open, she peered inside.

"What the?" Y/N plucked out the object resting in the box, a leopard hair pin, feeling odd warmth wash over her being. She slowly clipped it in her hair, and a blinding yellow light emitted from the accessory, a ball of reddish yellow slowly forming before her e/c orbs. Y/N gasped as she covered her eyes, still trying to see what was in front of her, and an entity sprouted from the ball, rosette like spots all over it's tiny yellow body and a long, elegant tail. The creature's amber eyes opened, it's catlike pupils dilating as it yawned and stretched. Y/N was speechless.

Pieces that could never be salvaged and used to put her heart back together. But over years of heartbreak, she knew better than to let it show. "Really?" She acted excited. She was convincing. Chat had been infatuated with her, but she had never been able to return his feelings. "That's a good realization, Chat," Ladybug said gently. "I know what it's like to think you're in love, only to realize maybe it wasn't." Chat's eyes brightened. "Wait, are you... seeing someone too?" Ladybug nodded. "Yes. I've been spending time with someone. He's thoughtful, always makes me smile. I think I'm falling for him." Chat's eyes widened in surprise, but he smiled genuinely. "That's amazing, m'lady! You deserve that." "Thanks, Chat." Ladybug smiled. "I think we've both grown, realizing we needed to open up to others, to find happiness beyond our masks." He nodded. "For the longest time, I thought being in love with you was my only option, but now, she makes me feel something I didn't know I could. I think I'm falling in love with her." Ladybug said softly, "She's lucky to have you. I'm happy for you, Chat." Chat flashed a grin. "Thanks, m'lady. But you haven't told me much about your guy. Is he as amazing as you?" Ladybug laughed. "He's great. We've known each other for a while. We used to be friends, but over time, I started seeing him differently." Chat's eyes gleamed. "A longtime friend, huh? That's interesting.
