The year is 3000; the once massive population of humans has dwindled down into the thousands. We are a dying breed. All thanks to them, them being the supernatural. You see, back in 2020, a massive plague called the Cronospree spread throughout the world. The effects were catastrophic. Men, women, and children were dropping like flies, at first we all feared for each other’s live waiting to see who would be next. But soon we noticed something... not all of us were receiving the infection. A select group of people were remaining healthy and untouched, they even knew of cures to the virus. When we pointed this out, a key piece of information was brought to light. Humans were not the only species out there... there were many other breeds of beings, they just didn't let us know about them. Humans did not know what to think of this breed. So, we did the thing that we did best then, and even now... we ran. Soon after, the Plague disappeared. But the aftermath was horrific, the total number of us humans was a miniscule 2,983. We each formed small clans in abandoned buildings, scavenging whatever we could find. You may think this is the story of how I, Eydom Craylym help to rebuild my ancestors lost empires. Sadly, it is not. This is about how humans are still going missing from our clans. Taken by the monsters that hid in our world for so long, they claimed that we are theirs. And we belong to them, as if we were there property! Well they have another thing coming if they try to take my people. Follow me through my life, living with the last of us.

As a Meta/Vampire hybrid, Hunter has seen some crazy stuff.
She's worked hard not to be killed by supernaturals and by the people who "took care" of her, done her best to blend in and pretend to be the perfect hunter that never failed missions.
But she was done with that, especially now that she finally had a chance and a reason to get the revenge she craved for on the people that took her family away.
What she didn't expect was that someone would sweep her off her feet. Literally.
Casey was just your everyday four-hundred-year-old werewolf who enjoyed the simple things in life like riding scooters and painting stuff around.
After a certain rainy - and kinda dangerous - night, she decided to move in with her pack to a different university, but she didn't think her troubles would follow when she got there.
After the two of them cross paths on an unexpected day, everything will start to change.
For better or for worse.
