Scott's a jock who gets everything he wants, picks on smaller and weaker people, and is also in the closet. He's never told anyone because most of his friends are homophobic, and so are his parents. All him, his friends, and parents take seriously and care about is him doing well in football
Mitch is just a simple boy who doesn't have much in his life, but he never complains. He has a great personality and always gets good grades so he can hopefully get a scholarship since he can't afford college. And mitch is sorta in the closet because he's told 1 of his closest friend, but no one else.
Warning: This book contain some homophobic slurs, some depression, and cutting, and also some sexual scenes. So if that triggers you, or you don't wanna read that part, I'll leave a small waring in the beginning of the chapter so you can skip over it.

It all starts when Mitch is threatening to fail his exams and has to get a tutor. But as soon as he realizes that this tutor is none other than Scott Hoying, openly gay, nerdy student that his friends pick on regularly he tries to do anything in his powers to get his lessons canceled. That is until he finds himself in an extreme emergency and realizes that Scott is his only safe place.
