A new year is here and it's a new year to grow and learn. Nothing is ever perfect and everything has its ups and downs, so I'm dedicating this year of 2017 to a solid collection of poems through the good and bad. I hope this year is better than the past few years. So here's to going into the new year with my eyes closed and hopeful.

I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences.
