Mariah was happy with her job on YouTube, where she expressed her vast amount of different interests and made new friends. She had fun hanging out with Ashley And comforted her when the effects of working with the paranormal became to much to handle, which Mariah knew too much about.
Mariah was a spiritual magnet. Paranormal experiences were almost an every day occurrence for her. Hell, there was even an active spirit living in her own home! Ever since she was little, spirits have communicated with her with ease.

Eventually, Ashley decided it would be a wonderful idea for Mariah to meet the crew. So, naturally, she thought it would be great to surprise her in her house.

After a year away at Kitty Hawk, Cassie Maybank returns to the Outerbanks with a determination to get her life back on track. To stay healthy, to make her own friends, to live a normal, steady life like every teenage girl should. But after hearing the news of the passing of one of her closest friends, and coming back to the island, she realizes her brother's letters severely underestimated how much had truly changed. A lot can happen in a year. Friends become strangers, brothers become liars. Some enemies become allies, some enemies become lovers. © Inslaytiable | June 22nd, 2023
