Stell had always been in a world where the government was in charge and the third sector had to work for them. She never worried about not getting educated because her parents were the top.

But she gets caught doing something she never thought was wrong, something that shouldn't have caused her to be deported.

But now she's stuck in 3rd, with only one friend, trying to learn how to fit in.
