Akihana Senju is one of Tobirama's childhood friends.
since the Warring states, she trained to become a full fledged Medical Kunoichi. Also a genius and ruthless war strategist.
She learned Healing arts by reading books from an old mansion she found when she ran from the Uchiha.
And she being a legend's granddaughter, was being targeted by the Uchiha.
Tobirama knowing this, because he always saw his Older Brother Hashirama sulks and always said "she never hanged out with me anymore"
Tobirama upon knowing this tailed the brunette, and also discovered the rest place of his friend..
She came out of the mansion to see Izuna Uchiha outside.
"Akihana, surrender or else. The Senju will be eliminated."
And her hearing this, she immediately grabbed a kunai, and to turn back to see a big flaming ball.

Tobirama jumped in and weaved hand signs.
