Rachel and Blaine are siblings. She introduces him to Quinn when they are in high school and he marries her inevitably. They have a baby and are utterly happy. Until Blaine goes home by himself and meets Rachel's best friend Kurt. They start being friends and get along great together, until the actual day of Thanksgiving when Blaine gets drunk. He has an affair with Kurt and can't bear to tell Quinn, who just found out she's pregnant again. But behind the scandal of an affair, Kurt has feelings, too and he's falling in love with Blaine. Will Blaine be able to return those feelings and leave his daughter and pregnant wife for a chance at true love, or will he chicken out and never reveal his true feelings, droning on through life miserably, his only happiness being his children?

The night Kurt and Blaine were going to have dinner to be happy, turned out to be a night of confusion, yet honesty. Not good honesty, but the truth. Blaine had hurt Kurt. Not physically, but mentally and it was increasingly hard on his heart. His now shattered heart. And Blaine notably feels guilty of what he'd done to Kurt's heart knowing, that it was all because of him and no one else. Until it all ends when Kurt's 'Boyfriend' comes back into the lovely city of New York unexpectedly. Jealousy. Heartache. Fear. Hope. Tension. Anger. Sorrow. Those are the exact emotions, and feelings worn by at least one person, in this book. But the real question will remain for Kurt and Blaine..
