When "Why" wakes up, he can't recall his name or seem to find his voice. His only hint is a paper sign with the one word he's able to say: "Why?". The only way he can get his questions answered is by finding someone out there who can identify him. With the help of a kindhearted arachnid and an outspoken, blank-faced, possibly clairvoyant little girl Why travels through door after door hoping to get some questions answered, and perhaps help a few people along the way.

Books In The Series Order: Survivor (1) Monster (2) Murderer (3) ________________________________________ S N E A K P E A K : My grip tightened, my brain began to go crazy with thoughts and different voices. "I'm not...a bad person." I whispered, my body leaned up against his chest for support as I felt my eyes begin to burn. Images of bodies blurred my train of thought, The ones he and the others had brutalized popped up in my into my sick mind, so many fucked up events finally began to take a tole on my brain as they found one little crease to seep into. His hand grabbed my wrist, tight. I felt his other hand cup my cheek, pulling me closer to his body. "We are all bad people." He spoke aloud, his eyes not coming to mine once. "But...I'm not." I breathed out, trying to convince myself that I wasn't. "But you are, Y/n." He stated, looking down at me. His eyes were filled with... something unknown to my intoxicated mind. Deep down, I knew that for once, he wasn't lying to me. I truly was a monster, just, like, them. ______________________________________________ [ This book was written when I was in a deep state of derealization, so it may seem kind of off?
