Hi, I'm Rayne;
I'm 15, I have a permanent bracelet in my skin, but everyone does. Society came so bad with no love that the government decided that when you are born you have to have a bracelet, a countdown until you meet your true love.
On my 15th birthday my watch said 0-4-12-4-25-23 it goes year-month-day-hour-minute-second.
Anyways it's almost time for myself to meet my true love.
