Gerard loves his brother Mikey more than anything, but doesn't want to open up to him. Opening up means he accepts what's happened to him-- but no, he doesn't. He doesn't have depression, he doesn't have anxiety, he doesn't have an eating disorder, and his self-harm isn't a problem. 
    
   Frank is a misfit, with only a few friends. He gets bullied, but not severely, along with said friends. This doesn't bother him, Ray, or Mikey, and Gerard says it doesn't bother him, but Franks's beginning to see that that's a lie.
