The 100th Hunger Games (SYOT OPEN)

Open SYOT: 4th quarter quell: "This year, for the fourth quarter quell, to remember that it was entire rebel families that suffered during the war, all tributes will be the children of victors, regardless if the victor is dead or alive. If you are between the age 10 and 100, your name will be put in the reaping ball."

To Submit: PM me with name, age, gender, top three district choices, volunteer/selected, reasons why IF volunteered. Known parent victors/family, 2 strengths, 2 weaknesses, training score, why they should win, and preferred death choice. Open to romance and alliances? Also any other info I should know?
