Felix Agard is a 16 year old gay boy, from northern Wisconsin.

Felix, even though he knows it's dangerous, goes and follows the directions of the note. What he finds is exactly what he guessed. It's Viktor. In the mug shot Felix saw he knew he was handsome and when in person his beauty is overwhelming but Vicktor has a secret. He's a vampire. Felix is instantly drawn to Vicktor and his mysterious past. Soon Felix grows a longing or a need to get closer to him so, he offers his body up for Vicktor to feed off. Romance, mystery, and much more! A Kiss on the Neck is a good read!
