Felix Agard is a 16 year old gay boy, from northern Wisconsin.
His world pretty much ended when he came out about his sexuality. His father became distant, everyone in high school started to avoid him, and his best friend Tyler, stopped being his friend.
Halloween is just around the corner and after an important meeting in the IMC Felix finds out that there is an ex sex offender, Vicktor Albescu roaming free. Felix starts getting strange notes in his school work, car, and even around his house. Finally on Halloween he get's a letter to meet him at a certain time and place. Felix, even though he knows it's dangerous, goes and follows the directions of the note. What he finds is exactly what he guessed. It's Viktor. In the mug shot Felix saw he knew he was handsome and when in person his beauty is overwhelming but Vicktor has a secret. He's a vampire. Felix is instantly drawn to Vicktor and his mysterious past. Soon Felix grows a longing or a need to get closer to him so, he offers his body up for Vicktor to feed off. Romance, mystery, and much more! A Kiss on the Neck is a good read!
