Sofia Garcia believes it was destiny that she found a letter written to Juliet dated from 1957 while vacationing in Verona, Italy with her fiancé, Zayn. She also believes it was destiny that brought her to the elderly author of the letter, Clarice Styles, and her grandson, Harry. During the trio's two week trip to Siena to find Clarice's lover from the past, Sofia and Harry grow closer, and the thin line between their friendship becomes blurred by a kiss.
