Heartbeat (Eremin)

Eren and Armin are both in a support group for people who have lost somebody close to them.
Armin lost his parents a few years ago and Eren lost his mom only a month before.
The two boys have lived very different lives but seem to connect in ways they haven't with any other.
But they are both hiding secrets from each other, secrets that could destroy their friendship forever.
