I have OCD, I haven't been diagnosed but I know I have it. So I'm trying to cope by doing the opposite of what I feel like I need to do, it's been working kinda... And I thought if it worked for me maybe I can help other people. I am going to share my experience and I hope others will do the same, because OCD sucks. The first chapter explains OCD, and suggest ways to cope, it was just something I copied from the internet. I had nothing to do with it, all rights to whoever wrote it.
