"J-just don't. Please." I whispered, suddenly beginning to sob furiously. Gracefully, I ignored some facts.

Such as, the fact, that our shirts were ripped, the fact that we were alone in my destroyed room, the fact that I had my huge, feathered wings unfurled, and that fact that he also, had his humongous dark, beautiful webbed wings revealed.

I ignored them completely, and focused on sobbing. It's probably the only thing keeping me sane- hearing the sound of my sobs.

"Sometimes, we need someone to tell us, that we're not as horrible, and terrible as we think we are."

I instantly regretted looking up, just to meet his beautiful eyes.

"Raffy, we don't have to be alone anymore." His deep voice was overflowing with sincerity.

I had gathered all my courage, doing what I did next.
