The Problem is getting worse and worse, and as of recent, there has been an outbreak of a cluster in... Lucy's hometown? Lockwood & Co. is called to help with this cluster. However, it seems that normal agents aren't doing much to fix it. 4 international agents are called in to help with the situation. But what obstacles will Lucy face, back in her hometown? With strange ocurances and new, dangerous ghosts, the company gets pulled into yet another difficult case. Only this time, they have the threat of a cult dodging their every move.

Disclaimer: I do not own Lockwood & Co., this series belongs to Jonathan Stroud. I own a few of the characters, but the majority are Stroud's.

THIS IS A SEQUEL TO ANOTHER STORY I HAVE WRITTEN. YOU DON'T HAVE TO READ IT TO UNDERSTAND THIS ONE, BUT IT MIGHT MAKE IT EASIER. The prequel of this story is titled "Lockwood & Co. The Weeping Woman". Thank you. Enjoy the story.

Duskwood: Love's Beginning

57 parts Complete Mature

Even in the darkest moments, the beginnings of love can be found. Jayna Chacon is stuck in a rut. Her job is interesting, but she doesn't have any friends or anything else she's particularly passionate about. That is until a group of strangers starts texting her, asking her to help find their missing friend. Shortly after a faceless man reaches out and starts giving her orders. As time goes on, Jayna realizes she's risking her heart, her safety, and maybe even her life. Disclaimer: This original work of fanfiction is based on Everbyte Studio's mobile game, Duskwood. I do not claim ownership of Duskwood or its characters, nor do I claim that this story is part of the original. As this is a fanfic, I also will not earn any money from this work. There is more development of the main character than in the game so that readers who aren't familiar with Duskwood can still follow along. This storyline follows the main character and Jake (Jake X female MC). I've also added in a few characters of my own, just to give the story some more depth. As this is fanfic, there WILL be spoilers, so if you plan on playing the game or haven't finished it, I suggest you do so before reading this book! The chapters go from the MC's and Jake's point of view, so they don't follow the episodes in the game (i.e. there are more than 10 chapters to this book).
