Mullingar, Capital of Westmeath, in middle of the small Isle Ireland. But it's not only the home of One Direction Star Niall Horan - it has it's own charming flair, which will delight you right when you put your feet on mullingarian ground for the first time; many people aren't aware of that. To most it seems like a très calm and rainy place, but if you know where to go, it'll turn out as the complete opposite of that!
