Yuri Plisetski, a half-fairy who is wanted throughout the kingdom for theft who continues to evade the kingsmen and escape scratch-free. Months have gone by and no-one's been able to catch him, that is until Otabek Altin, a new knight just out of training assures the king that he will capture the half-fairy boy and bring him back to the king for his crimes.
