Dear Mister Bright Blue, wearing your tux and expensive shoes, why do you stand at the traffic light waiting for the sign to change? No one drives by so it's not like you're going to be run over. Everyone discards the lights and just walks across, not having the patience for the light. This light takes forever to change. I know you know that, Mister Bright Blue.
