Ember Lyndiri is a draconic half-elf warrior born into a post war society that makes her heritage an abomination amongst her elven peers in Elmwood Village. However, when a  red dragon sorceress attacks the mage school she had attended and steals an artifact called The Orb of Souls, she is called upon by the High Counsel to retrieve it and defeat the dragon, for only she is immune to the mysterious plague that arrived once the orb was unearthed, and only she can fight the sorceress. Will she defend those who once persecuted her?
