Jess is a member in Black Angels, a gang with an evil mafia boss as a gangleader. Logan is in the Stallions, a rival to Black Angels. When Jess gets the mission to make him fall in love with her and get information about the Stallions plans for the future, they become friends, according to the plan. But then the plan starts falling apart.
