Sara Lance one of the city's best criminals in star city and central city she has a thing for bad boys she might seem hard and cold but she's been threw her own hell while her twin sister has been fighting for her life so has she Sara is the black Knight her Partners are HeatWave and Captain Cold but with her sister's help she becomes the White Canary this is there story and this is how they become heroes and Legends.
