Ignoring all the warnings from her friends and others, she finds herself in many difficult obstacles she can't fight on her own. She becomes friends with her son Scott and his best friend Stiles. All she wants to do is end the pain and the horrible memories. But what happens when she meets Derek Hale? Will they be more than friends? The first thing he noticed about her was her eyes full of pain, he knew he had to protect her from the world. But Derek has a dangerous past that keeps catching up with him and soon to Alex. Will he be her reason to fight or will she be the one saving him? Remaining both physically & mentally intact within the confines of Beacon Hills wasn't always a struggle for Rachel Hale.
