After the death of Superman, many heroes left the Justice League to Mourn or to take advantage of this situation and become a well known hero. Many of these unnoticed and unappreciated heroes also died because of their attempt in gaining power. Years later in 2019, the world became corrupted because of all the protests and wars after Superman's death. Lex Luthor creates monstrous creatures in attempt to take over the broken human race.
One day, a 15 year old orphan girl with incredible, inhuman powers decides to become a hero herself. Putting herself in danger in attempt to save the human race from these creatures. She calls herself "Crystal Eye". She joins forces with some of the unnoticed, unappreciated, and former Justice League members such as Shazam, Icemaiden, Atom, and other heroes.

Dick never thought his family would be brought into this life, he hadn't told anyone other than Wally about Percy or the kids. But now the agents want to bring Percy in, he didn't want this for her, she was retired and she had done enough.
