Sam becomes fascinated by Paige. Castiel and Dean have quite a complication with Shianne. Dean's best friend, the angel, Shianne, helps Dean begin to piece together the puzzle. Together, they discover the truth of the strange girl baby Sammy has fallen Sam begins to fear the worst. The angel urges him to kill Paige and he knows he should, so what's stopping him?
