ENDEAVORS RUN: Book One From The Hope Prophesy Trilogy

1000 years after World War Extinction ten year old Alex sits outside his mother's hospice room barred from seeing her. Seconds from death she astral projects herself to tell him that he is the only hope to save mankind from another destruction. At the moment of her death a message arrives from a mysterious planet called Aqueous.

16 years later Alex is now a pilot aboard the star ship Endeavor heading towards Aqueous on a rescue mission to find her missing sister star ship that had disappeared while investigating that mysterious message. Unbeknownst to Alex, it was always his ultimate destiny to go to this strange and dangerous planet, because less then a year before WWE humanities first ever interstellar star ship left Earth for Aqueous never to be seen again. On board was an ancient ancestor of Alex's: a preternaturally powerful woman who authored the Hope Prophesy almost 1000 years before Alex, the focal point of the prophesy, was born. This ancient star ship had gained an almost mythical status. Until that mysterious message arrived.

After the Endeavors arrival at Aqueous the initial planetary surveys are thwarted by the planets mysterious unnatural defense systems. Eventually the Endeavor itself triggers this defensive system and is destroyed by an unstoppable attack by the planet itself. After the attack Alex is not only stranded on Aqueous, but he is the only survivor from his ship. 1000 years after it was written, the catalyst of the prophecy has finally arrived, and the Hope Prophesy is now in play. Alex is mortally wounded during the attack on his ship, but is saved by a giant sentient being specifically created 1000 years before to wait and watch for his arrival: a fire breathing dragon named Rodina.
