The kingdom of Valoir stood in a vast land, filled with trees, bushes and many other forms of life. There were many mighty kings, the Dwarves, Elves, giants, orcs, and along them man stood. There stood as well one single high king to rule all of the other kingdoms, his name was Theoric. Under Theoric stood a mighty knight that went by the name of Seth. Of course besides the kingdom of races stood the creatures that dwelled in the darkness, Beholders, Wargs, Mimics, even the mighty Dragons. A dragon who went by the name "Marghast The Destroyer of Kings" decided to challenge the high king himself by destroying half the kingdom. Feiye is a legend. Being a king is hard. Raising a son is hard. Living with eternal grief is hard. King Thranduil is just trying to keep his kingdom running and his son safe when an elf is found with orcs at the border of Greenwood. Who could this mysterious elf truly be? But then the elf he rescued in the forest grows closer to Legolas, and Thranduil can not help but enjoy her company as well. Darkness descends over the forest, all because of this one elf. When lives are threatened, Thranduil must make a choice: his kingdom or his heart. 12/14/21- y'all I wrote this in high school and I kinda want to go through it again and do a bunch of editing. Some of my writing makes me cringe and what are we here for if not improvement. That being said, this story will change starting today probably and if you're in the middle of it, hopefully I don't confuse details or timelines for you. If you've already read it once and just felt like you had to read it again, maybe it will provide some new enjoyment. Who knows? Maybe I'll actually finish some other stuff I have on here.

And as people stopped talking about it, memories faded, got twisted and turned, until dozens of versions left people confused. They had forgotten Thranduils love for life, for his kingdom. The memories fell into extinction and people no longer remembered. Except for Thranduil. This is the story of Thranduil and the memories he hid in the depths of his soul. A pain that has wrenched his heart. A pain that can best be described as; 'agony.'
