I've been going through some things lately and can't seem to get over it, so I write about it. It helps, at least for a little while. If I write about it, it's there, it's out of my head and I can deal with the next thing I'm feeling. So this is me, going through my emotions.

This is a book of poetry. Basically my emotions unleashed through words. That is how I see poetry. Sometimes what we think about and processes in our head is to much. Writing it all out helps me let go of the mess in my head.
