This is not your typical bad boy falls for nerdy girl story. Claire Whether is a pianist, and an outstanding one at that. She has played since she was four and takes lessons everyday after school for two hours, she is also the schools main piano player. Her grades are outstanding and she is on a successful path. Then there is Michael Beckum, the schools bad boy. He has secretly drooled over Claire since the beginning of high school, and she is the one person that makes him nervous, yet he had never had the nerves to even speak to her, but he desperately wants to.
