The "Savior" Program is the international institution for the training and recruiting of physically and mentally advanced humans. Or in other words, Superheroes. And when the biggest chemical disaster hits Los Angeles, they decide to send in their newest recruits, 5 teenagers who have no idea what the fuck their doing.
