Victoria Alexandrine Lynn Monteverde considered one of the youngest and most succesful doctor in her generation. Hindi siya 'yun tipong basta basta lang, she's considered as one of the hottest and eligible bachelorette in town. She doesn't know how to smile, strict and very serious kaya naman most of the time, ilag ang mga kapwa niya docotrs, nurses, medtechs at iba pang staffs sa hospital nila. A well respected person na hindi mo pwedeng baliin ang sinasabi niya kung ayaw mong ikaw ang mabalian. She loves her profession and her family so much and she'll do everything to protect them kaya naman when she heard the rumors about his brother having a love interest to a person named Sophia which is a new Medical Technologist in their department agad siyang nagdecide na puntahan ito at kilatisin kung nararapat ba ito para sa kapatid niya. She entered the Lab department and there she saw Sophia giving her a glare and worst pinagtarayan pa siya nito and just like that everything in their lives were never the same again.
