Zebra understood the basics of Boss' mind when it came to organizing his staff. If a member was grade C or higher in a particular skill, he would be put on a team to match that. What she couldn't understand, though, was how an A-grade fighter like Spice ended up getting bumped to the Intel Team. Maybe she was wrong. As a trainee, maybe she didn't understand Boss as well as she thought she did, but something lingered in the back of her mind, telling her something wasn't right.
