Jasper Westbay is a young boy who has always wanted to become a fisherman like his father. Being offered to go fishing with his father, he eagerly accepts. Meanwhile, in another world, tension is rising. The queen is now present after years of being locked up in her chamber, and the queen's oldest daughter has seemingly disappeared without a trace. A storm is going to hit the boat Jasper is in. Despite being prepared, he is thrown overboard by the storm. Now underwater, swimming towards a light he didn't recognize, Jasper could've avoided so much trouble if he'd just stayed put.
