Sequel to the sea,the sky and the devils underneath, this book is the aftermath. Rowan and Cal have gone to live in the sea with their daughter Skyla, but its not over. A younge boy has to renew a millenia old enchantment to save the supernatural. The enchantment hid the supernaturals from the humans but when it is withdrawn the humans rally a hunting group. The supernaturals are being hunted and killed. Bailey has to save the supernaturals from the humans for he neither belongs to humans or the supernatural, the dead or alive, the normal or extraordinary, or the demons or angels.
