Alice and the Queen of Hearts

Alice falls asleep under a wishing tree, hoping to find a new world that was so much more interesting than the world she was in.

That's what the problem was. Her wish came true and she wakes up in a strange land filled with strange and mad people.

Then she meets the Queen of Hearts. The cold, selfish and authoritar - ian Queen who is determined to get rid of Alice.

But Alice isn't going to put off without a fight. Her sense of justice and conscience has guided her to the house of Bow, a young woman who befriends Alice. She teaches Alice what she needs to know to survive the Queen's wrath.

This isn't any fantasy story. No pink. No sparkles. And definitely no happily ever after.

Alice must learn the ways of Wonderland in order to make it out alive...
