Lizza is your typical bad girl, tattoos, piercings, alcohol, drugs, she's into it all. But it's not her fault shes like this, her parents divorce and her mothers coping taught her to be this way. Living in a trailer park isn't easy either. She hates school and most or the arrogant fools that teachers refer to as her "peers." Of course all of her friends consist of drug addicts and alcoholics, basically all the "bad kids" that your mother warns you about when you're a child.

Madeline is the exact opposite, still waiting for that special first kiss and madly in love with reading. Obviously school is her first priority and her loving parents help her achieve everything she wants in life. She lives in a mansion that any ordinary person would get lost in, Madeline in all her 16 years still hasn't seen the whole place just a large portion of the home. She's very sweet and has many friends in Ferndale High School for Girls in Cambria, Pennsylvania.

When Madeline is forced by her chem teacher to tutor Lizza, will she actually get through to her or will she just end up getting schooled by the player.
