What happens when you're forced to live with Death in human form ... literally?

So ... I'm going to die.
Well, to be fair, everyone is going to die. But I know exactly when it's going to happen. Because I was SUPPOSED to already.
Up to this point, I've led a selfish life; everything I've done has been for my future and mine alone. But what happens when a fatal accident nearly takes me from this world?
Well ... I beg the Grim Reaper for just one more month to live -- just to make amends for living so fruitlessly. And, much to my surprise, he shows mercy ... kind of. He gives me a month, but here's the catch:
He's going to live with me.
