The necklaces were given out with no certain order or reasoning. They were just given out. There were stories tied to each piece of jewelry someone received. Supposedly, the necklaces had been enchanted. Enchanted, really? However, in this world, soulmates were real. The necklaces, the accessories given out as babies, helped people find their soulmates.
