All of a sudden, the planet Earth is invaded by evil super villains with superpowers who want to dominate the whole world. Most of humanity will be eradicated, many man-made structures will be destroyed, and these super villains will take over the whole world. However, there is still one thing left. It is none other than hope. Four ordinary boys from different places in United Kingdom. One of them is a young and wise seventeen year old orphaned knight from Buckingham Palace in London who has the superpowers of blasting light, Rumby Gastrell. Another one is a teenage scientist and engineer who used technology to be able to grant himself superpowers made up of his technology and also lost his parents, none other than the sixteen year old Necrolie Portendorfer, with English-Irish descent, originally born from North Ireland, but moved into London after the death of his parents to try moving on grievously. The third one is the grumpy Welsh sixteen year old teenager, Gareth Edevane, who possesses superpowers of super strength boosted by his rage. He became willing to use his superpowers to save people from criminals after his parents got killed by criminals. And last, is the fun-loving and laid-back Scottish fifteen year old boy, Zorb MacQuoid, who has powers of super speed, being the fastest particle of Earth. He also lost his parents, by exactly the time he got his superpowers and lived alone in grief for a while. An Irish secret agent,  named Nouis Chadrick McHawkins, the founder and director of the North Ireland agency "Vigilantary" tried gathering all of them to form a team of young superheroes who are always there to protect and save Earth from super villains who want to destroy it. Will they succeed? Let us find out by reading this new book of AM Hermosa, entitled "The Extraordinary Squad: Discovering Potentials"!

It is 2201 now. Our little island is the only place humanity can survive on the earth but sadly it's a small island. The population is rising. So now we have a lot more problems to survive than radiation. There are two parts of the island. Inside and outside. Simply heaven and hell on the same island. If you can get inside you are more than lucky. If you get to live outside, you better pray for death.
