Charlotte and Luke have been best friends since they were kids. Where Charlotte exceeded in almost every class, Luke struggled to make do; and where Luke liked to cause trouble, Charlotte liked to stick to her room with a book and a movie.

Or if maybe being best friends, isn't exactly all she wants...
