King Thranduil has kept someone locked up for thousands of years in Greenwood, intending to never let him out. But when a mistake causes the horrible prisoner to be released upon Middle Earth it puts everyone in danger, especially when he joins with the enemy. But the prisoner also has a hidden goal, and will not rest until it is fulfilled.
